There appears to be some wiggle room in the recommendation that would allow for differentiating between low-risk and high-risk donors. – I’m glad we’re reporting on things days before [...] Buffalo Brunch, a community organization that advances LGBT civil rights education, chose two out standing Western New York’s to honor this year. Bruce Kogan, long time employee of the New York State Crime Victim’s Board, and former Stonewall Democrats president, was given a community service award for his years of dedication to LGBT rights. Times are tough for New York State incumbents given the current fiscal meltdown and anti-career politician sentiment in the State.
